The room at Anthony 47 was cozy and inviting, with a comfortable seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Rome. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime, and the private bathroom was well-appointed with complimentary toiletries, making it feel like a home away from home. The tile/marble floor in the quadruple room added a touch of elegance, making me feel like I was staying in a high-end hotel. The double room had a lovely seating area, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee in the morning before heading out to explore the city.
Personally, I would have preferred a different flooring in the double room, as I found the tile/marble floor to be a bit cold. However, others might appreciate its luxurious feel.

The location was incredibly peaceful, yet still had a variety of restaurants nearby. The Peruvian restaurant just a street away was a delightful surprise with its delicious food. The Italian cuisine throughout the week was mostly great, with only the airport food disappointing us. The armed personnel at street intersections didn't cause any concern. The proximity to the subway station and Termini train station was excellent. The shared kitchen amenities were improved upon after our feedback, thanks to the attentive staff. Room cleaning was satisfactory. The filtered water post and gas stove in the kitchen were great additions. Despite the traffic and tourists, the air in the city felt surprisingly fresh. The transfer to the airport was well arranged. The receptionist was easy to communicate with and helpful in person or via WhatsApp. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for walking at night. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the air conditioning worked efficiently without making any noise. The location was convenient, within walking distance of all major attractions. A supermarket nearby made it easy to stock up on essentials. Excellent response from the host when we needed printed opera tickets. The size of 'Room 1' and the bathroom facilities were perfect. The shared kitchen had plenty of utensils, making our stay budget-friendly. The friendly staff member who greeted us made us feel welcome. Communication before our arrival was brilliant. The secure building and key fob doors provided peace of mind. we were extremely pleased with our stay.

Stayed here during Christmas and had a great experience. The location was really convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to bus and metro stations. The room was spacious and the WiFi worked perfectly. One of the best parts was the helpful staff, they gave us great advice on restaurants and places to visit. Plus, the daily cleaning service and comfortable bed made our stay even better.
There were a few drawbacks though. the neighborhood around the hotel wasn't my favorite, but it was perfect for quick access to transportation.
